1️⃣ Office Manager
Must have construction office management experience. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role requiring strong multitasking skills, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of basic construction accounting.
2️⃣ Project Manager
Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating daily with the field superintendent and upper management. Prior experience in commercial construction project administration is required.
3️⃣ Construction Estimator
Must be experienced in estimating vertical and underground construction work. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of construction plans/specs is essential.
